Fare pricing: Approved handwritten Airport ↔ hotel/resort fares remain fixed by passenger count. For 3–5 passengers, the fare adds $10 for each passenger above 2. Every other route is calculated at $4.50 per driving mile, plus the same passenger surcharge for groups of 3–5. The booking deposit is 50% of the fare.
